For Student-Athletes

From application to a real career conversation

The program is invite-only this fall for Tulane juniors, seniors, and graduate student-athletes. Set up your account using the invite code sent to your Tulane email, then apply to the mentors who fit your goals.

1

Create your account & prepare

Sign up with your invite code. No documents required up front. Once logged in, review the resume and about-me templates and samples in the Resources tab, then upload your one-page resume and about-me to your profile.

2

Apply & interview

Browse mentors and apply. Mentors review your profile and either pass or invite you to interview. If invited, book a 10–30 minute slot from their live availability.

3

Match & mentor

After interviews, you’re matched with a mentor for a three-month mentorship. Biweekly check-ins by text or email, plus at least three calls (10–30 minutes) through the platform. Every athlete is matched with a mentor.

Pre-Interview2 weeks

Add your resume and about-me, then apply to up to four mentors. Sort the directory by industry and read each mentor’s about-me and LinkedIn to choose your fit.

Interviews2 weeks

Mentors mark you Interview or Pass and post their available times. Meet the mentors who selected you at a slot you booked, 10–30 minutes each.
