Second Half Network pairs student-athletes with professional mentors, and we run the matching, the scheduling and the reporting. We are asking companies for ten employees as mentors for one cycle. There is no cost and this is not a sponsorship. At the end of the cycle you get a report: who took part, athletes reached, and what those athletes did next.

Nobody is signing up for an open-ended commitment. Every athlete who asks is a yes or no your mentor makes, and they set the hours they are free. Your people already want to do this. We have done the hard part, which is finding the athletes, matching them, scheduling them and measuring it. You give us ten names.
